Description of Classes:
Gentle Yoga
Improves your balance, posture, body awareness and coordination. Begin your Yoga journey today. You will work on abdominals, core training, and flexibility. Seniors welcome!
Fitness for Life
Older adults, both male and female, can benefit from regular physical activity. Physical activity need not be strenuous to achieve health benefits. This class uses standing and/or chair fitness for active older adults. It would also be appropriate for those with special needs and seeking an alternative cardio workout.
Fitness Yoga
Create length, strength, improve balance and flexibility with this total body workout. Experience basic postures and movements that help increase energy and stamina.
Indoor Cycling
Non-Impact cardiovascular workout performed to music on specially designed stationary bikes. You will build endurance while climbing, sprinting and cruising through a virtual ride of hills and valleys.
Muscle Pump
An intense muscle strengthening class that incorporates resistance equipment, weights and barbells, and is designed to increase muscle strength/endurance.
Stretch n’ Tone
This class is designed to improve balance, strength and flexibility. Stretching may delay the onset of muscle fatigue, minimize soreness and promote mental relaxation.
Yoga
Classic Hatha-style yoga which utilizes postures, or asana, that work to release tension and stress, promote flexibility and strength, and restore health and peace of mind.
Zumba
A hypnotic-Latin-rhythm-aerobic-dance class with easy to follow moves that create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away!Back to Group X Schedule.

Our Fitness Centers feature strength training equipment, free weights and cardio-vascular equipment, elliptical trainers, treadmills, stationary bikes and group exercise studios with over 40 classes offered each week.
*Younger members may use the Mission Valley & Toby Wells Facilities

- Shirts and athletic shoes most be worn at all times. No Jeans.

- Cell phones are not to be used in the Fitness Center.
