12 Week Program

The 12 Week personalized fitness program is designed for health seeking individuals who are looking for guidance and structure in order to successfully begin a regular exercise program. This program includes:
  • One-on-one instruction with personal coach.
  • Overview of cardiovascular and strength training exercises.
  • A personalized written exercise routine based on your goals and abilities.
  • Three sessions with a personal coach over the course of 12 weeks.
